Form & Fix makes 25W MagSafe and Qi2 wireless chargers with retro novelty designs, 3D-printed in the USA from plant-based PLA.

Why we started Form & Fix

Most phone chargers are forgettable. A flat white puck on a cable, doing its job and nothing else. We thought chargers could be something worth looking at — a small object that adds personality to your desk, nightstand, or office.

Form & Fix was built on a simple idea: everyday objects should have character. We design wireless chargers shaped like things people actually love — a vintage London phone booth, a retro payphone, an Uncle Sam hat — and we make them fast, functional, and built to last.

How we make them

Every Form & Fix charger is 3D-printed in the United States using plant-based PLA filament. PLA is derived from renewable resources like corn starch, making it a more sustainable alternative to petroleum-based plastics.

We print each piece to order, which means less waste, more quality control, and a product that's made specifically for you — not sitting in a warehouse for months.

What we make

London Phone Booth MagSafe Charger — Our flagship. A full-size vintage British phone booth with a 16-color RGB LED night light and hidden cable routing. Available in Burgundy Red and Midnight Navy.

Retro Payphone MagSafe Charging Stand — A compact desk and nightstand charger inspired by classic American payphones. Supports portrait and landscape iPhone StandBy mode.

Cube Dock — A geometric desk organizer with a color-changing LED pen holder, catch-all tray, and 25W Qi2 wireless charging in one unit.

Arch Dock — A minimal arch-shaped charging stand with a built-in catch-all tray. Clean, functional, and available in four colors.

Uncle Sam Hat Wireless Charger — A limited seasonal design shaped like the iconic American top hat, in red, white, and blue. 3D-printed in the USA.

Compatibility

All Form & Fix chargers support MagSafe and Qi2 wireless charging. Charging speeds: iPhone 17 / 16 → 25W, iPhone Air → 20W, iPhone 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 → 15W, Qi-enabled Android → 5–15W. Standard and Pro sizes supported. Not compatible with Plus or Pro Max models.
