Product & Compatibility

Which iPhone models are compatible?

Our MagSafe-compatible wireless chargers are designed for iPhone 12 and newer models, including iPhone 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 series.

They may also work with some Qi-enabled devices, but magnetic alignment is designed specifically for MagSafe-compatible iPhones.

Does it work with a phone case on?

Yes. It works best with slim MagSafe-compatible cases.

Very thick cases, metal cases, wallet-style cases, or non-MagSafe cases may reduce magnetic strength or charging performance. For the best experience, we recommend using a MagSafe-compatible case.

What is the maximum charging speed?

Charging speed depends on your iPhone model:

  • iPhone 17 and 16 series: up to 25W
  • iPhone 16e and Air: up to 20W
  • iPhone 12–15 series: up to 15W

For best performance, we recommend using a 25W or higher USB-C power adapter.

Can I charge my phone in both portrait and landscape mode?

It depends on the model.

The London Phone Booth MagSafe Charger supports portrait charging only.

The Retro Payphone MagSafe Charging Stand supports both portrait and landscape orientations, so you can charge your phone vertically or horizontally depending on how you use it.

The Cube Dock and Arch Dock support portrait charging.

Can I charge other devices like AirPods or Apple Watch?

This charger is designed primarily for MagSafe-compatible iPhones.

Some Qi-compatible accessories may charge if positioned correctly, but performance is not guaranteed. It is not designed for Apple Watch.

Is this an official Apple MagSafe charger?

No. Our products are MagSafe-compatible, meaning they are designed to work with MagSafe-enabled iPhones and compatible magnetic charging accessories.

Power & Charging

Is a power adapter included?

No, a power adapter is not included.

For all models, use a USB-C power adapter. A 25W or higher USB-C adapter is recommended for the best charging performance.

The London Phone Booth LED light runs on a separate USB-A power connection.

Is the charging cable included?

Yes. A charging cable is included with the product.

Please check each product page for the exact cable type and included accessories, as they may vary depending on the model.

Can the MagSafe-compatible charger and LED light use the same power adapter?

The charger uses USB-C, while the LED light uses USB-A. You may use a multi-port power adapter or separate adapters if needed.

Does the charger get hot during use?

Some warmth during wireless charging is normal.

If your phone or charger becomes unusually hot, remove the phone from the stand and check that you are using a recommended power adapter and a compatible phone case. Very thick or metal cases may cause extra heat or reduce charging efficiency.

Can I leave my phone charging overnight?

Most modern smartphones are designed with built-in battery protection features.

However, we recommend using a high-quality power adapter and keeping the charger away from blankets, pillows, liquids, or enclosed spaces while charging.


LED Light

Does the London Phone Booth light turn on?

Yes. The London Phone Booth model includes an LED light feature designed to create a soft decorative glow for your desk, nightstand, or workspace.

Does the Cube Dock have an LED light?

Yes. The Cube Dock features a built-in color-changing LED with 16 colors and adjustable brightness, designed to complement your desk setup.

Can I adjust the brightness of the LED light?

Yes. The LED light includes adjustable brightness settings, allowing you to create the right ambient glow for your space.

Is the LED light bright enough to use as a main room light?

No. The LED light is designed as an ambient decorative light. It is ideal for a cozy desk setup, bedside table, or display area, but it is not intended to replace a main room light.


Materials & Design

What material is the product made from?

Our products are made from high-quality 3D-printed PLA, a material commonly derived from renewable plant-based resources and known for its lightweight feel, clean finish, and suitability for detailed designs.

Each piece is designed with a focus on architectural form, everyday function, and a clean modern desk aesthetic. All products are made in the USA.

Will there be small differences between products?

Yes. Because each product is 3D printed, slight layer lines, small surface variations, or minor texture differences may be visible.

These are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and make each piece unique.

Is the product sturdy enough for daily use?

Yes. Our stands are designed for everyday use on desks, nightstands, and workspaces.

However, like any designed object, we recommend handling it with care and avoiding drops, heavy impact, or excessive force.

Is the product heavy?

Our products are designed to feel stable on a desk or nightstand while remaining lightweight enough to move easily. Exact weight may vary depending on the model.


Shipping & Orders

Where do you ship from?

We ship from the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather conditions, and seasonal shipping volume.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately at formandfix@gmail.com.

If the order has not been processed or shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.


Returns & Order Issues

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and help make it right with a replacement or refund.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.


Care & Maintenance

How do I clean the product?

Wipe the surface gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.

Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, abrasive materials, or soaking the product in water.

Can I keep it near heat or direct sunlight?

We recommend keeping the product away from extreme heat, direct sunlight for long periods, high humidity, or very hot surfaces.

This helps preserve the shape, finish, and overall appearance of the product.

Will the magnet weaken over time?

Our MagSafe-compatible chargers are designed to maintain consistent magnetic strength with normal use. Under regular conditions, you should not experience significant weakening of the magnet over time.

Can the product get wet?

No. This product is intended for indoor use only. Keep it away from water, spills, sinks, bathrooms, and other wet environments.
